hello! sorry for the confusion. in this arpg, the steps for using a custom slot are as follows:
--- 1. decide what genes you would like to use in your custom slot, using the
genetics guide. keep in mind, the halloween customs cannot have any mutations added, but
can use any size, base color, and up to 5 markings.
--- 2. once you have decided what genes you would like, fill out this form and pm it to me, .lucifer:

username:
proof link: (the post where you won the slot)
base color: (red, fennec, arctic or dark)
markings: (up to 5!)
size: (large, medium or small)
--- 3. once you do this, it turns the custom slot into a "leftover" geno (a geno that you have that is not currently being designed by an artist, explained in the
breeding guide) you can then use when an artist opens geno-designing slots. This works like a nursery in closed species, sort of- you have to post a form when an artist posts that they are open for them. Only official CHRYSOCYON artists can make designs, though this may change in the future.
