I'm sorry but I really don't agree with this system. You couldn't at least post when you cross the forms off.Let everyone know its closed?
And I don't see the reason behind being so limiting on the amount of babies per slots. It's not like there's a total flood of forms. I mean, it can't hurt to loosen up on the rules for at least applying for breeding. Let the artists open slots or something, but give them a set amount of time in between opening their slots. You know?

There's been 5. There are only 6 slots, I posted in the fanclub when they were open, and when they were gone.
There was an extreme over-flood of babies on the last nursery, every time a new JMD was made there were at least 2 more babies, and I also do post about a week ahead of time before opening the nursery. I'm sorry if you don't like the system, but it works :/
