If it really was an appaloosa at your stables then you were probably looking at a Snow Flake Appaloosa because Bird Catcher Spots aren't unique to or a finite result from appaloosa genes aka LP gametes.

"Bird Catcher Spots or ticks are patterns of small white spots on a dark coat. Usually, these spots appear once a horse has reached maturity and eventually disappear. Sometimes, however, they do seem to be permanent." (resource url: http://www.whitehorseproductions.com/tbcolor3.html)

@Doodle, Maz, Ashwyn, & Nellas- XD Thank you though i do have a thought in mind for mine ^^ (have for quite a while) He has been living in my head as do most of my projects that dont make it to "print" i still have many other things to do like fix up the lines, update the archieve, color in the contest winners, etc. I may end up doing him though if i find the inspiration from somewhere XD Thank you guys for thinking of me 8D *hugs* <3

OMG Maz Those sketches OMG soo awesome you can tell how much you understand about horse anatomy and how much you are felling the DAM's structure it's soo good 8p though im not sure if you know the hooves are cloven in the front.. Looking at the main picture looks like i accidentally covered up their hoof print but ill uncover it while i finish fixing the lines for the new artist ^^

So they're all standard cloven? Looks like on your drawing they have 3 toes lol

So they have cloven hooves, with one toe in the back? With the two little toes on the side, right? Trying to draw a couple of these beauties... Don't want to be happy with the hooves then go back cause I did them wrong c:
