Do the owners make any money off of this other than what is likely used to pay artists and keep it running? I'm sure they have day jobs. I couldnt imagine working 45 or more hours a week and then, instead of relaxing by playing a game/watching TV/reading a book, having to run a website with thousands of people on it who will never all be happy. Realistically, there *is no* simple solution to these problems that will make everyone happy.
Or, if there is, I surely cant think of it. Suggestions are one thing but how could we possibly know the results.
Also I think part of the reason why there aren't as many new players is that these types of forum websites just aren't really popular anymore.

they say they don't allow anti/hate speech
I don't really understand how they differentiate hate speech/anti stuff, or what they consider hate speech
i don't even hate the site
i just hate how it's run ToT
if someone says they hate anime in their signature i'd bet no staff member would say a peep
but because my gif was related to the site, i guess it was taken on a personal level ?

yea and they might just make a rule about no petitions in your signature or somethingso then anyone who has one could get in trouble
and i find it funny how we only want to help and they keep shutting us doen time and time again. if they listened to us the site could even be more profitable
No one is going to make a rule about having no petitions in your signature. This has been a common thing to do especially for threads in the suggestions tab. Its how the list got discontinued. A petition with the threat of action is the only way to go. For instance, a petition that says we want this and then when petition gets whatever amount of people, we will all start quitting or deleting pets or turn on adblock something like that

I'm sorry this really jumped out to me as I've been lurking on this thread, that's not what hate speech is? Hate speech is not just hating something, it is targeting a specific group. That wording really annoys me personally with so much actual hatespeech for LGBT+ people, different religions, and POC, someone not liking a website/company and them calling it 'hate speech' is ridiculously uncalled for. It's not the end of the world but you should be expected to know those words when you're a mod.

"I understand this, and partially agree with you, but then why have a suggestions fourm if they will not listen to any suggestions? The population of this site has aged and I feel that it’s mainly a site people 13+ into adults use since it has been around for so long. I did state in my original post that I understood that the admins are busy with their lives and I’m not asking for them to be completely devoted to the site, but to at least recognize and make an attempt to fix the issues. Especially with the security breaches that have been happening. I just don’t want to see this site die and every day more and more people quit."

I just wanna say I agree on this especially with the camping event! Newer pets look so clean and nice. The pets from the camping event have been amazing on top of already astounding. Every day I look forward to seeing what is out next because the quality of these pets and how they look seem like so much detail and attention and love was given to them (THIS ME SAYING PROMOTE/TIP ALL THE ARTISTS WHO HELPED WITH THE EVENT THEY EARNED ALL OF MY RESPECT). This isn't me saying older pets didn't have this, but the unique line design and quality has gone up A LOT. I understand if someone wants to pay 100,000 newer pets for an '09 pet, but I also get someone who isn't about that and would rather just keep those 100,000 pets to keep up to date as time continues.

They added a suggestions forum, they give us monthly updates, and more. The chicken smoothie admins are a lot more integrated into their playerbase than most adoptable pet websites. They keep us in the loop the best they can. This is a game. Everything here is pixel pets and items. What more are you wanting from them? I'm sorry that the trading economy sucks, but that's nearly ANY game you play. You arent entitled to get the pets you want. It took me almost 10 years to get the full set of Halloween pets, which was my biggest goal for a long time. Patience brothers.
