An aquatic plant-related canine for an aquatic plant-related canine! You're welcome to change whatever you'd like, if they're not to your liking let me know and I can make something else!

- subspecies (?) of canine that entered a symbiotic relationship with a specific species of kelp.
- in return for mobility and access to new food/water sources, the kelp supplies the canine with muscular support, as well as food (photosynthesis, plankton, sometimes slightly larger prey).
- dry out very easily, prefer warm and humid environments.
- little to no natural defenses, relies mostly on its appearance to scare away predators.
- most at home in the water, will leave to find new resources.
- they are born without their kelp pseudofur, which they acquire later in life. during this time, they are carnivores, though their bodies are extremely fragile.
- developed an extra sensory organ by their eyes that allow them to detect water.
