there's 8 cats, each has their own group

rules:
- you can use them for personal use, or for commercial use (ie. colouring in adopts, NOT selling the base itself)
- dont remove my sig, but you can move it
- go crazy with edits
- shading/white lines/whiskers can be removed
- can be used off-site but please link back here
- dont make offensive stuff on it

- right click and copy the image url and input it into [img] OR right click and open image in new tab + do the same thing

I wasn't able to include every flag in the LGBT+ community because oekaki was starting to reach its functional limit with the number of layers I have in here!
