Hello one and all!
This special Kansyair is a Sound Wave Kansyair
Sound Wave Kansyair are based on new/songs I like.
(compliment on my taste of music, and I foe you, ban you from my thread, and you can never apply for a Kansyair again)
This particular Kansyair is Based on "King of Anything" By Sara Bareilles
As you may notice, this has nothing to do with Lyrics. It has to do with the Sound waves!
All Sound Wave Kansyair's are Writing contests.
This month expecially, because on NaNoWriMo.
Anyways, your story must be 100 Words long, no longer than 3,000. It must be ORIGINAL, not based on anything and what-not.
Also, for "extra credit' you could do some art. It is optional, since I knwo not everyone is that good at art :3 It takes practice. That why I judge on time spent, and how hard it looks like your worked on it.
Since some 'professional artists' could whip up a pretty good sketch in under a minute.

Likes:Fighting with other dragons,proveing somebody wrong,challenges.On rare occasions he likes to socialize.Usually this is becuase he is bored or he is in a sad mood which dosn't happen often.
Dislikes:Anything that has to do with nice.He hates other dragons(Unless its a female).
His temper gets high and can put him in bad situations sometimes. Fighting with other dragons/animals is usually why he gets kicked out of Dragon Clans.He always loves a good challenge,but normaly looses which is why he hates other dragons.
Habits:He always pushes around other animals he sees.He is starting to get comfirtable with being the boss of everybody.But sometimes his cockyness gets the best of him and he gets hurt bad.
He hunts at night which gave him the habit of never hunting in the daylight.He also only flys at night,this however is for a unknown reason.
History:
Chi was born into a loving family.The clan he was born into was the strongest in the area.
Later in his life he started to get cocky and always fought other dragons in the clan trying to get a higher position.he got many warnings,for fighting others in the clan was forbidin.
One day he decided to fight the Alpha male,which made his life change forever...

That day I was more ready than ever.Feeling like i ruled the world as i walked to the moutain.Once i arrived my parents tryed to stop me..but nothing would kill my spirit. As i approched the Alpha Male his eyes showed regret and pain..I don't think he even wanted to fight me.Everybody knew the Alpha Male never liked to fight,even if it was for food.But,sense i challenged him he had to fight..no matter what...till death or untill somebody gave in.
As i readyed for the fight,clearing my mind and thinking about winning,i could feel everybody stareing at me.But,thier eyes were filled with disgust and rejection.I feared nothing of them,for i knew if i won i would be the leader of them anyway.But what was i thinking??I knew i would win anyway.
It was time for the fight,5 suns after the day i challenged him.I stepped forward,and so did the Alpha.Even if he wasn't talking i knew what he was saying to me."Don't do this...please..." I ignored it though,for nothing could stop me now..this was my only chance to get respect.
As a dragon on the side of my roared i knew the fight had begun.I wanted to make the first move but i knew that if i did it would give me a bad advantage.He knew i wanted to make the first move.Forgetting everything i just decided to go first and fly into the air.As i did,the Alpha did also.
I flew as fast as i could at him,my mouth wide open.As i came closer the Alpha flew above me and landed on my back grabbing my neck with his talons.It didn't hurt but it did scare me so in reaction i roared and pulled of his hand from around my neck.I bit down on it,he roared in pain.I saw my chance and flew to the side of him,bitting his neck and throwing him to the ground.I stayed hovering in the air.As the Alpha stood up from the strong throw,shock ran through me..and finally..my thoughts hit me..."What have i gotten myself into" were the only words running through my head that whole fight.
I stayed..dazed in the air..not knowing of what was about to happen.
The Alpha came shooting at me,grabbing my neck with his cruved teeth,bitting hard everytime i moved.I struggled to get free but i could not reach anything with my claws or tail. Finally,for what seemed like a painfull 4 hours, the Alpha hurled me to the ground with such force that everything before my eyes looked like it was in slow motion,I have no idea why it seemed like that though.While i was hurdiling to the ground i caught a glimps of the Alphas eyes..saddness...horror...forgiveness.Just after that i hit the ground,creating a giant hole where i had landed.
My eyes were getting blury..they were starting to shut..but just before they did i saw the Alpha land next to me.
He looked at me,shook his head,and then my eyes shut..sending me into the complete blackness of my thoughts.
{Time Skip}
I woke up,my head in pain.I have forgotten what had happen.But many hours later of just lying on the rough moutain looking up at the sky,i finally remembered and the Alpha's face came into my head,reminding me of how stupid i was that day.
I didnt know how many days it had been sense that horrible day,but i knew going back to the clan would not be a option,i would be rejected.Just like the eyes of my clan members told me...
I layed in the same spot for hours.Not wanting to get up.I felt empty and forgoteen.But,i soon got up dazzed and dizzy.
I walked over to the moutain edge..looking down to where the clan was.Everybody was outside..looking at me..just waiting for me to come down so they could make fun of me and reject me out of the clan.i knew i could not let that happen though..my pride was to big.I turned,my back facing them,and flew away.Not knowing where i was going..i just wanted to get away from the clan and live on my own....
{Regular History again}
That day,Chi never socialized with anybody unless they talked to him first.He hated everything and did everything on his own.If a passer bywated to help him he would ignore them and just walk away.
Still,he lives on his own.highh up in a moutain right across from the moutain that destroyed his life...

Personality:
Mimi is a little shy, but very curious. She always thinks the best of people, and is very trusting. She was born blind, but has never thought much about it. She lives her life much the same as any other phalene, although she has to travel a little more slowly and carefully through the trees to avoid falling.

History:
This phalene grew up among a small group of phalene living near the edge of the amazon rainforest. They were quick, and lived high in the branches; they had little to fear except the occasional snake.

I rested on the branch, closing my eyes and soaking up the warm evening sun. The recent rain made the familiar forest smell richer, the scents more vivid. I listened to the calls of the other animals in the forest. I heard none of the alarm calls that would mean a predator was near; the forest was as safe as it always was. I sighed in contentment. Maybe I'd have a nap. I drifted off to sleep with a smile on my face.

The sharp snap of a twig woke me with a start. It was dark now; the pleasant warmth had disappeared. I listened carefully, and heard more snaps and crunching sounds; a large animal was crashing through the undergrowth below. I hadn't heard anything like it before. I scrambled to my feet, my pulse loud in my ears. I paused for a moment, thinking. It could be dangerous...I shivered, thinking of giant snakes and jaguars. But a predator would never be so loud...nothing I knew of in the rainforest was so loud, so awkward. I was scared, but I was also curious. Carefully, I crept in the direction of the noises. Closer... a little closer. Whatever it was, I must be right above it. The crashing noises stopped, and I heard the heavy breathing of at least two large creatures. One with a low voice spoke softly, and the other, who's voice had a higher pitch, seemed to reply. I felt the air move, and the leaves in front of me rustled as they were pushed aside.

I froze. Had they seen me? What would they do? The high-pitched voice spoke agian, and although I could not understand the words, they seemed to be directed at me this time. The sound was somehow comforting, rather than scary. Hesitantly, I took a small step forwards. Gently but firmly, large hands picked me easily off the branch. I felt the creature's warm breath on my face for a moment, and then I was lowered down into a small box.

The scientists took her to their home, and they fed her and cared for her. They named her Mimi, and she likes the sound of it. Mimi misses the rainforest sometimes, but is otherwise happy with her strange new life. She enjoys exploring her large cage, full of branches to climb and tunnels to discover. Sometimes the humans let her out to explore the house, which she thinks of as a great adventure. She will often sit on a human's shoulder or in a pocket as they go about their day, sometimes even falling asleep there.

Why do you want a phalene?: They're one of my favourite creature's I've created, and I love this one's design. <3

Backstory: Tamaska's life started hard, like many of his breed. From the moment he opened his eyes and was separated from his mother. He was tested and tested upon, some days he would be itchy and others he would feel like his skin was on fire. Tamaska's wing dust was taken in small amounts every so often, and when it would finally come back, Tamaska would have it taken again. As if being tortured wasn't quite enough, no, they spult a special chemical on him. It burnt through his fur and hit his skin. After the hair grew back, it was never the same. He had a splash mark on his back, a gray compared to the rest of his body.
One day Tamaska had enough, he finally snapped. When one of the humans came to his small, cramped cage, Tamaska bit into his finger. The human yelped and fell backwards, smashing into all his of his syringes and chemicals. Taking his chance, Tamaska flapped his moth-like wings as hard as they possibly could in his state. The door was ajar and Tamaska made it out. Feeling weaker already, after the near starvation he faced in that lab, Tamaska dropped from the air and landed with a thud. The rat genes in him allowed him to handle the drop and he scuttled forward on his feet. No one noticed him sneak out of the lobby and Tamaska made it outside safely. The feeling of grass under his feet was the best feeling he had had in a very long time.
Now Tamaska roams looking for a safe haven, always alert and always haunted by his painful memories. Even though his wings have healed, he still has the gray splotch on his back, a reminder of his tough upbringing.
Why do you want it: I would love Tamaska, because I think he has an excellent potential for a story. He has brilliant markings, which I find incredibly interesting. I think he'd have an excellent home with me, and that I'll treat him with care and respect. With your permission I'd love to make fan art of him too :3
Other: Moth. I just want to say that his design is absolutley amazing. Thanks for creating such a fantastic creature
