Here is my entry for your conest. He has neon green scales that are on random parts of his body, he has bones showing, some bones have become deformed and have produced spikes that come out of his flesh. He has clwas that are longer on one leg. He also has an eye hangng out of its socket.

Yes the background sucks, I just got really bored...
