I started up this website in early 2008 with just a little HTML knowledge and digital drawing skills to get things started. Nick (my brother) soon joined the site and his coding skills gave us the trading and adoption system, along with many other upgrades. A lot of the pets we use today are still based on my original lineart drawings from '08 and '09, but we have added more variety with our ever-growing artist team :) I employ many people nowadays to help put out the monthly pet designs, but I'm still around to control the site direction and keep things running smoothly.

I live in the Midwestern part of the US and am currently getting prepared to move into my semi-new house with my brother to go to college. I have 4 pets; A black lab retriever mix named Ashlyn, a long haired cat named Maestro, a Leopard Gecko named Ryu, and a blue betta fish named Pepsi. I love buffalo wings and drinking unhealthy amounts of coffee with cream. And lastly, I love wiggly weasels! (￣▽￣)ノ☆

In near future I'm going to study Slavistics and Literature or just Russian, which is my beloved language. I'm a Briton/Indigenous Australian who is currently residing in Australia and studying interactive media at university. I'm a thirtysomething mother of three, living in the northwestern part of the US, and have been married to the love of my life for over a decade now. We are sadly currently petless, but I love all sorts of animals, and our list of pets we want to have someday would rival a small zoo. I am an avid reader, and tend to stick to the realm of fantasy, though I could not exist without indulging in Jane Austen now and again as well. I also like to pretend that I'm a great scrapbooker, though I don't get to spend much time with it these days. I graduated university with a degree in Human Development after switching my major about 7 times. I also taught equestrian classes at my university for about 8 years, and look back on that experience as one of my most favorite times. I'm a young woman from New York currently living with two birds that I've had since I was a little kid, both cockatiels, named Feathers and Cinnamon. When I'm not on online, I play flute and listen to classical music, draw both digitally and traditionally, and train dogs, although I don't currently have a dog of my own. I'm an American college student, studying Communications while tending to an inherited love of art and music. Like Tess and Nick I live in New Zealand. Tess and I are best friends in real life and have been since we were 12 or 13. I study English, Theatre and Linguistics at University while working as a librarian. I do lots of acting in my spare time and hang out with Tess when we were not doing assignments for Uni.
