well, after the kingdom incident, shiloh decided he wanted to better his techniques in magic - since it had always interested him !
he came to a small hut, where an old mage lived [strike]who i may or may not try to make into a character[/strike]. they also specialized in potions, & trained shiloh for some time / because his wand bases itself around bubbles, shi was given a potion to help better that power, some mind thing to make him try to succeed better [strike]no actual powers or anythin u know[/strike]. as an after affect he was given a fish tail !
there are no scales or gene splicing, its just fur that is styled to look like one ! [/size][/list][/list]

here's a thing i wrote abt him in the fc ;;

while growing up, shiloh would always " predict the future " & things like that mainly 2 have fun w / his friends, never taking it too seriously. he'd predict simple things like the weather [strike]or one of his pranks[/strike] & was actually p good @ doing it ?? but eventually this followed him into his future & it sort of became his job - a lot of people believed him abt it because he was well studied in it esp because he practiced at young age. it also kind of got to his brain tho, & he became ,, Not Good [strike]im sorry im so tired[/strike], & would agree to some pretty crazy stuff & ?? one day he agreed to predicting for a v high end kingdom, but predicted wrong & the whole community like, collapsed

now he's left behind his past bc of that incident, & is only a mage, but has a sort of distance from everyone & is always on edge when someone talks abt high end society

[url=http://orig07.deviantart.net/15c8/f/2017/089/d/2/bubble_wand_by_makeouts-db4355u.gif]his wand ![/url] | shi's wand is a bubble wand, where different spells are contained in the bubbles it creates ! usually he only uses this magic for good things, but he can cast spells that are more dangerous. more simple spells are contained in the regular bubbles, but the star shaped ones have taken shi a lot more time to master them & are more complex. these bubbles oddly, seem to glimmer in a surreal manner. [*] jokes around a lot, mainly to people who don't know abt his past ? it's sort of a cover i guess but he does have pretty good humour
[*] besides that tho, he's shy & tends to hide away - but doesn't like to let people know that so he's real stern when he speaks ( but is probably holding back tears sometimes )
[*] has 0 % hate in his heart but then there's that 100 % that goes to high end society, he doesn't trust anyone in it
[*] the way he speaks is almost monotone, with frequent voice cracks, & usually looks ,,, monotone ,,
[*] god he can get so happy sometimes, when he's rly happy it's weird honestly but heartwarming
[*] most of the time he's a distanced worried smol though
[*] gets v calmed down by cheering people up, usually uses his magic from his wand to cast nice spells & starry bubbles
