He was born in Brighton, UK, & moved when he was
thirteen. His family was comfortable, but there are
richer people at his school. He never had any siblin
gs, although he wanted one. His mother was a subst
ance abuser, in & out of the hospital a lot, and his f

Name: Lucien Adam Tandler

Gender: Male

Personality: Lucien is a bright and generally friendly young fellow. He's social enough to function in social settings, and has no issues walking up to someone and just starting a conversatio. He loves to surround himself with people, however, he also needs time to himself, to work on his projects and just be alone with his thoughts, making him very much an ambivert. He generally has good control of his emotions, but when his temper flares, he just has to get his anger out in SOME way. He can change in the blink of an eye, between his usual stoic or lighthearted self and a distant or angry version of himself.

Lucien isn’t the bravest fellow, and by no means is he a huge risk-taker, but he's very determined, very focused on what he does, and above all, he’s very loyal to those around him. He may seem a bit flighty and indecisive at times, but in the end, he follows through when he makes a promise or says he'll do something. Lucien almost always tends to take things lightly. Sometimes TOO lightly, which can lead to trouble, and has a hard time looking at the reality of some situations, no matter how hard he tries. He wants to be friends with...basically everyone, and will always attempt friendly conversation. Sometimes he can be irritating to those around him with how he ALWAYS looks on the bright side of things, even in a terrible situation.

Lucien is generally upbeat, yet laid-back, casual, and empathetic, but he’s also not overly aware of his own flaws, and is rather prideful in himself and his skills. He believes what he believes firmly, will dig his heels in if someone is directly AGAINST it, and he likes to think himself a natural leader. Whether or not that’s true remains to be seen.

Backstory: Lucien came from a quiet part of town, living with his mother after the divorce of his parents when he was 8. He spends a lot of time engaging in his hobbies when he’s not occupied with schoolwork, and is working on writing and publishing his book. He’s written plenty of things before. Short stories, poetry, song lyrics, but it’s his first attempt at a book, and he’s very proud of it.

Personality: Micah is sarcastic and sassy at times, usually by accident. She is a fast thinker, and on the outside talks like she thinks highly of herself, though usually this comes across in a joking manner. She’s cheery and energetic, and is very much an in-your-face kind of girl. However, she’s a liiiiittle depressed on the inside, and genuine self-esteem is an issue for her. She tries her best not to let this show for the sake of the people around her, and...she’s been working on trying to make a recover. She has an odd relationship with other people. She both appreciates and conflicts with people like herself, and she’s definitely an example of opposites attract. She finds people with contrast with her own personality to be interesting, and will often watch them from a distance, and on occasion approach them directly in an attempt to make conversation.

Micah believes everyone has potential for greatness, and sometimes she has fantastical ideas. However, on the flipside, if something doesn’t quite make sense to her, she says, and she says so bluntly. She doesn’t care all that much if she hurts someone's feelings, as long as she’s made herself clear. If she disagrees, that’s that. She never sugarcoats ANYTHING for someone else's sake. That said, she won’t go out of her way to hurt anyone and is an affectionate person, even if she has odd ways of showing it and finds it difficult at times. She’s very opinionated that she’s right and everyone else is wrong if they don’t agree, which is somewhat ironic. She isn’t completely inflexible though and when she sees the sense in things, is willing to change her views or how she greets a situations, and when life takes her down a new path, while she may be uneasy, she always is willing to take a chance.

Micah's intentions aren’t always clear, and can fluctuate day to day. She's very stubborn and strong-headed, she never backs down from anything she believes in, and has a hard time because of these aspects fitting in socially. Sometimes when she DOES connect with people, in anxiety or if they stop seeing eye to eye with her on the scale of ethics and morals, she will turn her back rather quickly, not always permanently, but at least until she recovers. She’s a lone wolf at first, but she doesn’t want to be that way forever. Micah is sceptical and suspicious initially, and tends to see the bad in people before the good, so that she can choose friends wisely. The people she connects to, for the most part, she sticks with them, but isn’t afraid to take risks and branch out from time to time. She can experiment and take a leap of faith.

Micah is also very goofy when she’s in a good mood, cheery and upbeat, and is always willing to joke around with people, even if one of her methods of humour is mockery— all in good fun, of course!— and in turn, loves receiving it. She’s always going to be one to break the silence with a bad joke or trash talking a friend to get someone to react to it and get conversation flowing, even if her statements and jokes may come out of nowhere. Sometimes, sadly, she has no idea when she’s taken it too far.

Micah is imaginative, sometimes overly so, and has a strong creative streak. She is focused on whatever task is at hand, and rarely lets herself stray from that unless there’s some emergency. Micah is naturally drawn to those who share mindset or traits with her, though whether this is a good thing or a bad thing remains to be seen. She likes to take the lead, and leaves little room for argument when she’s set her mind to something. She considers herself ambitious and a natural leader, and enjoys having control over a situation. Micah is always up for a challenge- provided it’s not truly impossible, and likes to see life as a book or other sort of fiction, where someone writes their own story.

Backstory: Nothing much. Lives at home with her parents and little brother, spends a lot of time running track when she’s not otherwise occupied, and loves her books and poetry, as well as anything sporty. Has a hyperfocus on it, really.
