so, I have a players handbook which has about fifteen pages worth of spells in general, so would I be able to pick almost any spell from that list as long as it isn't ninth level or something?

[Sadies]

Name: Sadies Belle
Age: 19 Years
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Heterosexual

Human Appearance: Sadies is slightly shorter than your average girl, she is slender and not very muscular. Her skin is pale and her eyes are green with yellow flecks. She has long ginger hair which usually flows half way down her back, she only ties it up when she has to as she dislikes it. She dresses causally, usually wearing jeans and a hoodie top, she likes her legs and arms covered to hide old scars. She doesn't wear any makeup or do a lot with her hair other than brush it.
Wolf Appearance: Her wolf form is small and scruffy looking. Her coat is white with a grey dusting pattern across her body, with darker patches across her forehead and the center of her back. Her face is white and her eyes are green.

Personality:
Sadies is independent and spends most of her time alone...Mostly due to the fact that she does not make friends easily. She is overly nervous of other people and struggles to even speak to some people. She will go extra lengths to make everyone happy and to stay on everyone's good side, even if it's damaging to herself. She doesn't really show her true colors to anyone and always puts on a mask due to being afraid that she will cause trouble.

Background:
Sadies was saved by Redmoon Pack after having a difficult start in life. She was about fifteen when the pack took her in, but it didn't all go smoothly.
Not brave enough to fight, not strong enough to hunt, Sadies falls into the category of useless, which is why she has been put into the Omega role.
Despite this, she is loyal to her pack and thankful to them for saving her from her home.

Age: 21 Years
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual

Human Appearance: Jasper is of average height and slender build but that's not to say he's not strong because he is actually very toned under his clothes. His eyes are hazel brown and his hair is light brown also. His hair is wavy and appears scruffy, it only reaches his ears. He usually dresses casual smart, mostly in a loose top and a pair of jeans. He likes to be presentable but doesn't put too much effort into his appearance.
Wolf Appearance: His wolf form is an averaged sized wolf with a thick coat of fur. He is mostly black in color with grey patches in his coat and underside, along with white around his muzzle and eyebrows. He has pretty amber eyes.

Personality: Those in his pack will know Jasper as being friendly, bubbly and charismatic with a sense of humor. His pack are like his family and he will go the extra mile for them. But he can be slightly abrupt towards outsiders, far more serious and not so accepting of them. He is sarcastic and it turns bitter when he is put into a bad mood.

Background: He had an average upbringing until he was about eleven years old when he was out camping with his farther in the woods. He and his farther were around the camp fire when they were attacked by a group of wolf hunters. Jasper was lucky, he survived but his farther was murdered. He joined up with Bluemoon Pack and swore he would find the hunters and seek revenge for his farther.
