Story with him: He was born a normal husky pup in a puppy mill. The puppy mill sold him to a pair of scientists who performed a series of experiments on him. They injected him with a virus that would turn all his blood into a glowing green color. Something went wrong and his tail grew infected so they cut it off and left it to become a stump. Side effects of this were that his skin, instead of a pink, would become a pale green. His ears are part of that. If you shaved his fur off he would be a pale green. They used a method of scarification to brand him with his experiment number. 007. The skin being thin and scarred there you can easily see his bright green blood. The infection that destroyed his tail also destroyed his eyes and his nose. The scientists replaced the nose with a milky white clear indestructible glass. You can see the blood through it, though dulled. They did the same thing for his eyes. The eyes and nose both function normally. The markings on his eyes are scars from when they were replacing the eyes. The blood also lacks platelets so any wound never heals. It also permanently partially destroyed his jaw so it has to be bandaged shut or it will just hand there. No reason behind the socks on the back legs.
Edit; forgot to say that his paw pads are the same as the nose and eyes also. And his ear was torn off when one of the scientists got frustrated.
