The sound of the chime,
makes imagery go beyond my eye.
The kitten's bell
has a long story to tell.

Is started long ago,
When storms were raging with snow.
A abandoned kitten, scars on its face
Wandered around the lots of space.



It fought against the snow and lonely years,
And soon forgot about its tears.
Someone abused him, treated him unfairly,
And now all he wanted was a life ended quickly.

Someone found him, and gave him a home near a sandy shore,
And he smiled, and cried no more.
His new friends talked, played, and shared,
And he was glad that he found a place where everyone cared.
