You can't make a downloadable file unless you make a specific file in GIMP or photoshop.
They should just get java and press color in, 10 times easier.

Yeah, I don't know why they do, but at least they have the PNG lines so that they can color it in in GIMP or Paint Tool SAI or whatnot.
