1. Items can be refunded for full price at any time if they are not used.
2. Prices are subject to change. Users will be alerted ahead of time if they change and a poll will be posted beforehand.
3. Anything purchased can be traded/gifted/raffled away to others with staff permission.
4. Items can not expire at any point in time and can be used at any time, but only once per item.
