I agree that it isn't art theft. The only similiarities I see is the use of the same hair and wing lines, along with the same taste of colors.

I see very little resemblance. The only things that are the same are the items that were used as wings and hair.

yep only thing that is the same is the same line art and tons of people use this line art and the same name and i've seen other people with the same name you can't get mad cos they have the same name and like a person said before any one can use the name and any one can use blue and grey together or blue and black ect. You can't copy right stuff like that only thing you can copy right is the exact design which mine is nothing like
