i just used the blur effect.....once i get that computer tablet i can draw Kenneth and Rory for me and Tiki

i used the blur tool as well all ya gotta do is put a whole bunch of firey colors and blur them and then draw a silhouette! and what the leaping starfish are ya talkin' about?
