Right now, all you can see is the lineart. I decided to take on quite a bit of work, and I have a good idea for the coloration of him/her. Sorry about the fact that it is tightly squashed, I, uh, made a mistake. That was also my first attempt at a fluffy bobtail. I think it actually turned out good, for once. And yes. The wolf/dog does have one demon wing, and one feathered.

I really and truly enjoyed doing this. I'm not sure if it's a he or a she, but to me it personally looks more like a she. Anyway here's a quick rundown on the markings...
The facial markings are a raccoon's, basically. The dog has dark cheeks and bridge of nose, with white eyebrows and mouth. It has a swirl design on it's front left foreleg, of which seems to glow. It has a cross between a raccoon and red panda tail, the tail itself being sort and fluffy. On it's tail, the dog has a golden band, and secured underneath it, is a peacock feather. The dog has a dark underbelly, and one blue, one golden orange eye. It has two wings, one demon, one feathered.
I tried to include as much stuff that you liked. I think I might add an earing with a feather on it though....
