I want to adopt one! (6 or 2, can't decide... I'll go with 2)
Username: bluelionfifi
Gender: female
Name: Nite Sky/Sky
Personality: Sky is calm and sure of herself. She doesn't order others around, but she makes a good leader and friend.
History: (I kinda made it a story but it's in her past so its part of her history I guess.)
Everyone was asleep in the cozy cave they all lived in. Except Sky. She stared out the opening, watching the rain fall, trying to lull herself to sleep since there wasn't anything else to do. Eventually she sighed, giving up, and trotted silently over to her brother, Fireworks in the Night(#6 if you were wondering, Fly.with.me, you can use the name if you want.).
"Hey, Night, wake up." She called softly, nudging him with her paw.
"Whaaat...?"
"Shh, I can't fall asleep but I have an idea of what we can do!" Sky whispered, bouncing a bit.
"Alright, alright, I'm listening." Night muttered.
"We should go down to the river and see how high it is! Mom wouldn't mind cause we'd basically be taking a bath at the same time!"
"Ok! Let's go! I bet it's almost reached the big pine!"
And so the two pups dashed out into the rain, splashing in puddles and play fighting on the way. After a while though, the mud sucked at their paws, dragging them down, so they stopped for a rest.
"Maybe we should go back..." Night said uncertainly. But even with his nap before they left, he was tried and didn't protest much when Sky shrugged and flopped down.
"We'll be fine, they won't notice we're gone till they wake up and they won't wake up till the rain stops." Sky murmured sleepily.
The brother and sister both drifted to sleep as the rain pounded down harder and faster.
"I didn't do it!" Sky yelped in her sleep, waking herself up.
"Didn't do what?" Night asked sleepily.
"Oh, nothing it was just a-Night!" Sky yelped, breaking her sentence short as she saw a water monster leap at her. She shrank away before realizing that the 'monster' had been a wave. The river had flooded with the constant rain, and now lapped at their paws. Sky shot to her feet looking franticly for Night. He was already up, standing beside her.
"What should we do?" He yelled into her ear as the wind picked up again, creating more waves.
"Go home!" Sky yelled back, struggling against the mud sucking them both down. The wind pushed them back, as if trying to knock them into the over flowed river. Night was also struggling, but he was the stronger of the two and was able to leap. During one of these leap, the wind sprang up again, shoving the pup backwards. He back flipped into the water, and disappeared from sight. Sky watched with round eyes, staring at the turbulent water and willing her brother to bob up. A black broke the surface and Sky howled, hoping Night could swim, stay on top. But the head soon dipped back under the waves. Sky had frozen, not sure if she should try for home and get help, or if she should go after her brother. The wind decide for her, pushing against her small chest with such force that she took a step back, and another. A wave crashed over her, sweeping her in, pushing her under. Sky couldn't breathe. She pawed at the water surrounding her, noticing dreamily how peaceful it was down there. Her thoughts slowed and she simply watched as a log came hurtling towards her.
She was wet. She was cold. Those were the only thoughts floating around her head. Wet. Cold. Wet. Cold. Sky opened her eyes slowly, the light shooting sparks of pain into her eyes. The pups vision cleared and she could see a black wolf leaning over her. Sky flinched away from the piercing blue eyes that watched her.
"I think she's awake." The black wolf said in a male voice.
"Night... Night... Night..." Sky murmured. She didn't recognize this wolf and she couldn't remember how she'd gotten there, where ever there was. All she knew was that she had a brother, Night and that her name was Nite Sky.
"Don't worry Sky, Night is over here. You hit your head on something. Remember?" A new wolf. This time it was a female with a light brown coat and red and white markings. Sky stared at her. A little thought in the back of head starting to form. It was the feeling that she knew these wolves. They apparently knew her.
"Remember what?" Sky asked, cocking her head.
"Shh... Don't move your head. Night told us what happened. You two left the den during the rainstorm and got swept away in the river which had overflowed. We found you snagged on a tree stump and Night was curled up a few feet away. After the river had gone down, he was able to find you and make it easier for us." The light brown wolf again. The black one had disappeared from Sky's line of sight. Pieces of her memory were slowly ordering themselves into line. It dawned on her that this was her mother and the black wolf, her father.
"Mother?" She asked cautiously.
"Yes, Sky?"
"Oh, nothing." Sky replied and drifted to sleep murmuring 'Mother'.
THE END
(I think I murdered the end. Oh well. Anyway she gets better (duhh...) but she never goes near a river in the rain (duhh...).)
Art(optional): ^^ (I just guessed at what her left hind paw looks like. And, ignore the patches of white around her paws, I forgot to turn the lock alpha back on.)
What do you plan to do with this puppy?: She will get a place in my charrie thread, art and love. Its likely she will also get a mate and pups, and maybe I'll use her an rp. And a link to my charrie thread is in my siggy.
