All you have to do is erase on the black layer. (It was a pre-made scratch board thingy for a contest) Although I do know how to make the scratch boards thingys, just
1. Color rainbow on layer 1.
2. Make a new layer and color it black.
3. Use the eraser tool on the black layer.
