Tentacles, the Lovecraftian go-to, as well as the Necronomicon symbol on the forehead.
Jewelry on the tentacles, they be blinged out.
Halo is random rotating symbols, in a vague fog (which I realize looks a bit like a cartoon "pissed off" storm cloud lol).

Edited the dog thinner, because that looks sickly (and hopefully creepier) and in the age old debate of size of wings versus size of animal and blah blah blah with a large chest for wing muscles might make it look more "realistic"; or that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
Oh yeah, edited the face because one of the peanut gallery I asked the opinion of kept making fun of the original, hope you don't mind.

Background well, just something silly. Obviously it can be changed to a single color, a scene, or transparent. Perhaps the blue on blue is a bad idea?

Thank you - that means a lot, considering I used my mouse for most of it before figuring out how to get my tablet to work
