The blue markings on her right paw is the Egyptian Hieroglyph for "Open." This Hieroglyph is made of the symbols for ram's horns, a box, and an X. The yellow cross-like marking above the "Open" design is an Ankh, and this symbol stands for "Life."
The tip of her tail has both the Ankh and Box symbols - this Hieroglyph is Per Ankh, and stands for "House of Life." The other Hieroglyph on her tail is Hi-nemh, which stands for "Join." It is composed of a vase, a bird (most likely an owl or vulture), and a last symbol I'm not sure of (resembles reeds).
The purple Hieroglyph letters on her back left leg are the letters B-A-S-T. They spell out "Bast" (the cat goddess) as we English people would write it. In Ancient Egypt, however, the vowel would be left out, so the proper spelling of "Bast" in Egypt would've been B-S-T. I just decided to spell it out phonetically and not how the Ancient Egyptians used to do it.
The red arm on her back right leg is either the letter B or D in Egyptian Hieroglyphs.
