Rules

1. All of Tess's Oekaki and site rules will be followed if you will be followed of you would like/want to own and O.C.E.
2. Do NOTTTTTT claim the species or anyone else's character design's as your own. >:C
3.Don't involve any other user/site species in your form/ the Rp. However, you may include regular animals, (not made up ones) but don't base your whole form on your O.C.E. and that other animal as companions unless the companion is a fish/ sea animal.
4. Most fish have gills, so your O.C.E. can have them. cB They also may go on land, so they can close their gills.
5. They were scientifical experiments, so yes. They are afraid of humans.
6. No powers what soever.
7. NO CLOWNFISH CATS AT ALL. (Request by apache~)

8. Be original! Try not to use any of these fish types.
9. If I see any copying of form, markings, or other's art off of Google, you are disqualified.
10. If you use a ref for your fish, POST IT. If I do not see a ref and you made one, you better have not used one or used a personal picture.
11. No unusual eye colors like purple, red, rainbow, etc. On that note, also, do not use any unnatural base coat colors either.
12. It ends over a month from now. I would get working fast as I can, because things like this can go so fast!
13. Good luck and have fun!
14. You don't have to have too much art ability, you just have to be able to draw the parts from your fish. It does require a lot for the form, though.
15. Fill out the form COMPLETELY and make sure you put it on YOUR post.
16. You may have THREE entries, no more.
