Note to Self: Need to add ostrich skull on head & rhino horns + ostrich feathers to neck. -see coloured page-
Name:Lykos
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Tribe:Yami
Rank: Soldier
Personality: Lykos was not born evil, and nor is he evil now.
His father had always told him it was best to straddle the line, but always lean to the dark because it allows you to break the rules. And of course, Lykos listened. His father's advice had never let him down before, so why start now? This advice actually led to him joining Kuro & the Yami.
Lykos is rather skittish around new 'people'. He is generally known to be quiet, hiding in the shadows & observing rather than asking questions. Questions make people suspicious. Best to find out information from afar. When much younger he was rather active & rambunctious, but since his first Full-Moon Hunt - where he killed his first ostrich to gain his skull - he has become nearly silent throughout the day - and night.
Although generally silent, his ire tends to rise quickly when he or a friend is insulted, resulting in his fur standing on end because of the static coursing through his fur. He has unfortunately not yet learned to control his Element, so thus may accidentally shock another in random bursts.
Lykos is strangely, extremely loyal to his few friends; especially since the death of his father. Actually, he's become rather posessive of everything. His trophies & treasures, his friends, his meals, even his sleeping area! Although I suppose some of those are to be expected - no Yami would be quick to let another touch their skull afterall. He's very wary about letting others near certain trinkets of his as well, including his rhinocerous horns that he made sure to keep in memory of his first New-Moon Hunt, to go with his Ostrich feathers around his neck. He is something of a hoarder. The possum skull was from his very first kill, and was the skull he wore whilst growing up.
Lykos for some reason has an annoying habit of hating females. This hatred most likely developed due to being abandoned by his mother, so that she would have enough milk to feed her 'precious daughters'.
The Yami Tribe male also hates the Hakari Tribe as that is where his family lies & where he originated.
Main Element: Electricity
Art of Your Wolf: Here.

I also have non-coloured, traditional (sketched) art of him that I plan on scanning in soon.
Brief (or not) History: The air rippled angrily around his feet as he stood in the shadows, electric blue eyes watching the strange happenings occuring before him. It was a strange sight for the near-silent Aurion; he had always assumed that Shiro & Kuro were close, so to see Shiro banish Kuro into the dead of night just for killing one of the Glowdeer - for an honourable cause - seemed far too harsh... He had followed the younger wolf out to the Glowdeer & had seen the way it had kicked at him, surely that meant that Kuro killed it in self defense? Either way, there was no way he could stay here. Too long had he stayed in his
mother's horrid pack, and he could not obey an alpha that banished their own brother. The pain was too real, too close to the pain he'd felt when his mother favoured his sisters.
A soft growl echoed lowly from the barrel of his chest as he stalked forward slowly, sure to make his pawsteps light & his eyes the only visible body part. He had made up his mind. First he would follow Kuro, try to find out where he was, what he would do & how he would continue. Then for a few weeks, possibly even months, he would simply observe. If Kuro's actions met expectations, he would show himself, he would ask to join the rival pack he would inevitably form. And then, he would get his revenge upon his mother's pack, the Hakari.
The young male muttered softly to himself as he planned, taking note of everything he would have to do, the precautions he would have to make in order to say hidden. His voice was naturally a near-silent rasp anyhow, hoarse from disuse,
"...Avoid... twigs.. and other Aurion.... .... Stay.. .. silence.. shadows... Yes.... ..." Surprisingly, somehow, Lykos knew the only thing he would miss about the Hakari Tribe & the Blue Forest, was the giant trees that made for the perfect sparring practice posts. Rather pitiful really.
After finally tracking down Kuro - the younger male was evidently faster than him - he paused, looking around nervously, then glancing up. The black outline of Kuro could barely be seen, the smoke outline of the Dark Moon Spirit only noticeable by the rising steam shimmering around it as Lykos' ears strained to hear what was being said. The only words he managed to pick up were,
"....turned ....back ... white moon spirit..... ... fire .... volcano... .. stone that holds it together .... lightning ....clouds. ...me, the dark moon spirit." Those words together seemed only to confuse him, as did the smoke swirling around Kuro.
But Lykos knew he had to shake it off; Kuro would begin his preparations soon & Lykos still hadn't found the perfect spying spot! -DONE-
Other:I hope the history I wrote is all right... -frets-
He prefers to wear his skull without paint, so only re-paints it for ceremonies & battle.
