Glowdeer Name: Flicker
Age: About 1 year. Young,like a Glow-foal. XD
Personality:Flicker is a talkitive little Glowdeer, even with no mouth at all. He is a trouble-maker,and nothing would really tame his fearless spirit down. He is rarely seen depressed. Most of the time, you could see a joyful smile in his face. Flicker is very energetic, and it is very hard for him to sleep. He isn't shy at all,and loves to be around other Glowdeers. He is brave and daring, and attracts a lot of attention in the group. He is NOT regal at all.
Likes:Talking,of course through telepathy. You can never tell him to shut his mouth, because he doesn't have one! He also likes joking around with his pals, and is a complete clown. Flicker likes to be in the open space at night to see the moon, but in the afternoon,he loves to explore. Making new buddies is his specialty. Not to mention, trouble is also his friend.
Dislikes: Being alone, especially at night. Even if he glows on some parts which makes him to see in the dark,he doesn't feel safe without being near Father Illuminous, even though he won't admit it. He also dislikes looking like a coward, and hates being humiliated. He hates the Yami tribe, because it has something to do with his past that happened not so long ago. Flicker dislikes a lot of things, but here are the top disliked things.
Art of them: Done! ;D

"Flicker, calm down," Mother said in a sweet voice through telepathy. I looked up at her with my golden eyes, still prancing around her.
"Why must I,mom?" I said in a happy voice.
"Oh,silly Flicker. Go on,play with your friends. Me and your Father won't go anywhere," she said in an amused tone, nudging me.
Parents are so wierd these days, I thought jokingly. I spotted one of my buddies, who wasn't aware of me. I snuck up behind her, trying to hide my snickering.
"BOO! Got ya!" I laughed, galloping away from her frightened face. She narrowed her eyes and called angrily,
"Flick-er!" My Father came trotting over to me and said gently but stiffly,
"Flicker, play nice, please." I looked up at him to see if he was serious. He returned his stare, and I sighed,
"Fine. But its no fun without scaring other Glowdeer." My Father chuckled and nuzzled me.
"Why don't you play with the other foals? Run like your running away from a menacing wolf from the Yami tribe. I have to communicate with Father Illuminous now," Father said, nudging me off with his big, glowing head. I nodded, and ran off. Like a menacing wolf from the Yami tribe was chasing me.
I looked around. Every deer was busy at something. Its no fun when you're busy. Having fun is...well,fun! When I grow up to be a huge buck,I'll never be busy. Well, sometimes, atleast. Anyways,I walked through the forest. It was a wonderful place,Aurion. I looked into the creek and smiled at myself, seeing my antlers were slightly bigger. I pranced off, trying to find Glowdeers to play with.
I saw that the Glowdeers were sleeping. I didn't know that night time was here that fast... I looked around to find my parent's den. "Young little Glowdeer,Hikari tribe is sleeping close. Your family seemed to feel safe from the Yami tribe and slept early," a gentle,Chaler-like voice meowed from behind me. I whirled around,my glowing markings following after me.
"You're a Chaler! How'd you know I was wondering why they slept so early?" I asked in a rather surprised voice. "Young one, your face looked like you were surprised. We smart, clever Chalers have many features," she purred back, twitching her feathered ears.
"I guess I'll go sleep, than," I sighed, trudging off to my parents' den. "Bye,little Glowdeer!" the Chaler's mew rang into the night, and walked away.
Grrr...My ears twitched as I tried to go to sleep, ignoring that stupid growling sound.
Heh,heh,heh...Now,that wasn't a growl. I raised my head,ears perked up.
"Shh...Kuro would be glad if we'll kidnap them. And we can't kidnap them with you being all noisy."
My golden eyes widened and walked outside of the den. Thoughts raced through my head.
Kuro means...Yami tribe! I heard he was kidnapping us to find immort-I never finished that thought.
"Look! A young,stupid Glowdeer..."
I tried to hide my fear. It WAS a wolf. Not from the Hikari tribe. From the
Yami tribe. I stood up with trembling legs. My glowing back bristled, just like the wolves I saw from Hikari tribe do whenever seeing Yami tribe invading them.
"Get him. NOW."
I backed away, now clearly seeing the dreaded wolves. They licked their muzzles, walking towards me. Closer, and closer.
"Father Illuminous! Brothers,Sisters,Uncles, and Aunts! Mother,Father! Yami tribe is here!" I shouted through telepathy.
That was all I could say.
The Yami-tribe wolves snarled,"You will pay,you stupid Glowdeer. We will kill your family, and Hikari tribe."
Hikari tribe! Something lit up in my brain.
Glowdeers, one by one,ran out of their dens. Just like I did.
I ran off from the chaos that was starting.
"Hikari tribe!" I shouted through telepathy, trying to keep the fear out of my voice.
"Young one? Is that you?" a familiar gentle meowed.
The Chaler! Her voice made my worried face light up.
"Chaler! The Yami tribe is here! And what if they capture us? And they might catch you and...and Refleurs! I have to warn Hikar-""Woah,slow down, little Glowdeer," the Chaler said in a slow voice. "Are you sure, young one, that Yami tribe is here?" I looked into her eyes, and said,
"Well, some of them. But-"Then let's go,young one!" Chaler yowled, running towards North. I bounded after her,my fears melting away with each step I took. Sooner or later,we were waking up the Hikari tribe.
"Shiro?" I asked quietly, careful to not startle them in their sleep. The white wolf lifted up his head drowsily, and I scampered over to him. "
Yami tribe is attacking us," I panted, nudging his shoulder.
"We have to hurry!"Hikari tribe woke up immediately. The Chaler and I rushed ahead, trying to find where my family was. Finally,we found Father Illuminous, with my brothers, sisters, uncles, and aunts trying to chase the small group of Yami tribe away. Luckily, the Hikari tribe chased them away without attacking. I looked around to see if anyone was hurt. Then, grief and pain struck me.
I found my parents dead.
"No!" was the only word I could say. Ignoring the tears that trickled down my eyes,I nudged them both. As I feared, they didn't move. At all.
The next morning,my parents' grave was dug. I sat up,my head hanging low. I know that wasn't like me. But what did I care about? I had nothing without my parents.
Father Illuminous must've saw me,because he trotted up to me.
"Hey,what's wrong?" he said in a gentle voice, his eyes peering into mine.
"What do you think? My parents," I muttered. He sat next to me.
"I know how you feel," he sighed softly. I looked up,not daring to say anything. He smiled sadly down at me,and then nudged.
"Hey,cheer up. They're watching you right now. You can't see them, but they are," he smiled, standing up.
"They are?" I asked, tilting my head. Father Illuminous nodded simply, and trotted away, leaving me with my alone time.
It took a while to smile after my parents' death, but I aways know they're watching me.
I know they are.
I was being "free" when I wrote the story,so I won't be surprised I won't win. X'D
