My 2nd entry. S/he's based on see no evil hear no evil speak no evil, hence the lack of ears, the muzzle and s/he being blind.

See no evil hear no evil speak no evil is engraved on both leg guards.

Why do you write the 'See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil ' On the other back leg guard and take away the 'bracelet' type thing on its front leg.

Sure! The bracelet was supposed to be a pair of goggles to fit the cyberpunkness and I didn't want to clutter up the head any more.
