See, this is what watching too much anime does to me... xD
This is based off of Mion from 'Higurashi no Naku Koro ni' (When the Cicadas Cry)
I really like her character (besides, she`s pretty much the only sane person...)
I would've done a background if I didn't accidentally screw the layers up -.-'
Anyways, the mane is her hair color, the body is her vest color and the tail is her skirt color.
