I know this dog is supposed to be "insomnia" but let's hold hands and pretend this dog is now anxiety.

Poor pup can't settle down. He keeps thinking about all his mistakes. All the loved ones he's let down. And he is worrying, worrying about the future.

So. We tuck him in nice and comfy. We give him a lil stuffy friend. We offer him some music and a good book.
