All Kiri-Star entries that are made need to have something that states if you want them made offical for claims or not. You may also keep them for yourself as long as they are offical. Yumikai_Zui is the only user on CS at this time (May 23, 2024) That can make Kiri-Stars offical.

Some basic things you will need to know as an artist.
There is not a set amount of Kiri's that you would need to make in a certain time-period. Make as few, or as little as youd like. You would get to keep a maximum of 10 kiri-stars a month.
