This is my ff14 character and the meme is in relation to a new raid that was released a few weeks ago that has a mechanic where you have to dodge these big ghost hands and if you mess it up you get a "doom" debuff. This Doom instantly kills you after a few seconds unless your healers remove it with Esuna

See: I forgot the mechanic cause stupid and if the healers don't save me I will just keel over so all I can do is look guilty and plead mercy
