Welcome to your Holiday Flash Myo Event!

I wanted to do something nice for y'all again and i managed to whip up an event for you guys!
Here you'll be able to make a few simas for free without the use of myos or items or anything!

I hope you enjoy and Happy Holidays!

◈ | general rules


↪ have fun, this is a fun little event for y'all

↪ this event starts december 8th and ends january 21st


- there will be a 24-hour grace period for any final submissions after which no further entries may be made/posted.


↪ anyone can participate, besides banned users of course.

↪ please no covers, if you have more than 1 nursery kit you can simply post them as part 1, part 2, ect

↪ myos and/or kits can be made via any medium (digital, traditional) so long as they can be distinguishable as simas!

↪ simas/kits will be added to the archives once the event ends! do not post on the archive update thread!

◈ | flash myo sima rules


↪ you may create up to (2) simas maximum for free

- these simas can be made by you or someone else
- if they are on oekaki, please no covers
- if they are off-oekaki, deviantart links only (submit to the group please)
- if you need someone to submit your flash myo for you please dm/pm koegami




↪ flash myos may have up to (3) rare edits maximum

- any jewel shape from common-rare rarity is free to add without an edit
- dwarfism is allowed freely
- you may make (1) teacup dwarf maximum using (1) rare edit




↪ flash myos must be approved by myself or an available staff member from the posted list

- you may post in the discord in the channel #myo-approvals only if your myo is not approved with in 72 hours from the time you post/finish.




↪ no stylized edits are allowed: meaning you cannot restyle the fur, ect without using an edit.

- you may custom line your flash myo, simply list out the edits that would differ from a standard sima/would "pass" in a breeding




↪ since winter is approaching you may make your flash myo(s) a peppermint spice sima freely.

- make sure to give your sima the appropriate edits needed for them to be approved under the subspecies
- peppermint spices must have: a striped jewel like a candy cane, sparkles around the jewel, the curled tail, and curly fur on the neck, belly, rear and tail

◈ | myo batch rules


↪ you may participate in (1) flash myo nursery batch.

- if you own a parent sima in the batch, that is the 1 batch you participate in.
- you may not loan out your sima(s) to other people.




↪ (1-2) parents may participate in a single batch maximum.

general rules:

- to avoid issues, i will not be allowing poly breedings.
- you must own one or both of the simas to be eligible for the batch.
- please provide proof of approval if you are not the owner of both simas

single parent notes:
- this option is for users who may only want to use 1 sima OR only have 1 sima.
- this batch works differently;

- 1. you will submit a special form with the sima of choice as a parent.
- 2. then staff will roll for kit edits, and you will be given 2 kits maximum.
- 3. this is meant to be considered like the orphan events we do but will still count as a breeding.
- 4. you will create the kit(s) as rolled for, with the edits we roll for.

non-owners (single parent batch only):

1. non owners may use our mascot seed Or their myo(s) made in this event.
2. if using seed, the kits can have a theme to them! think of them as semi-customs like our valentines orphans
3. seed has no edits! simply place "n/a" or "basic jewel shape, single jewel color" in the respective area.
4. if you are using seed: no need to place an archive link, just state your using him!
5. place "n/a" if you are using seed in the previous breedings space!

- single parent batch edits:

- 1. edits will first be taken from the parent sima if applicable
- 2. edits will then be randomized using the single parent pass rate chart
- 3. if the parent has no/very few (1-5) edits, then the following will be rolled;

- jewel color #: roll 1-3 | # = single, dual or tri jewel color
- jewel shape #: roll 1-100 | 1-30 = basic, 31-60 = uncommon, 61-90 = rare, 91-100 = legendary
- dwarfism/teacup: #: roll 1-100 | 1-80 = standard, 81-99 = dwarfism, 100 = teacup dwarf
- edit amount: roll 1-10 | # = how many edits total this kit will have outside of the above
- edit rarity: decide rarity using regular 1 parent pass rate




↪ you may only take home up to (4) kits maximum.

- you may divide larger batches how you want, but a single person may only take home up to 4 kits.
- a single parent batch will only yield you two kits, but it will be guaranteed.




↪ staff will roll the edits, and the user(s) posting the ticket are responsible for making the kits within the time limit.

- ticket participants have until january 21st to post a completed ticket or the breeding is void and cannot be redeemed.
- mutations will not be rolled for as we have boosted pass rates for this event.




↪ kits must look like their parents

- color/design mixing is allowed but they must still look like their parents.
- no items (edit or nursery) may be used on this ticket - however they may be added once the ticket is approved, the kit(s) are added to the archive, and the event is concluded.

↪ you may make your kits off-oekaki, simply post them quoting the roll results on this thread.

↪ while this flash myo nursery batch is free, it still counts towards a sima's breeding if redeemed.

↪ simas using an additional item breeding slot do NOT need to use an item to do so. this is free

↪ items are not allowed to be used for your batch, including but not limited to:

- breeding reset items like the fertility elixir
- additional breeding items like the dust of venus
- subspecies items like the jewel's curse or jewel's possession

↪ legendary edits can autopass at a simas 5th or 6th breeding slot

- legendary edits may only pass up to 3 times

↪ mythical edits can pass at the artist's discretion

- no guard, no jewel, metal skeleton, and infinite fertility cannot pass

↪ soulmate perk breeding notes: both simas have been paired for all 5 standard breedings

- normal breedings: 1-5
- soulmate: 6th batch
- item slots: 7-8

↪ non-soulmate perk breeding notes: 1 or both simas have not been paired for all 5 standard breedings

- normal breedings: 1-5
- item slots: 6-7

- kits may have up to 80% of the parent(s) body jewels
- if fullblood fails: 3-50 = half-blooded J.E.

- must have uncommon-rare body jewels (minimum areas: front legs, body, tail - max of 20 rare sized body jewels)
- please note that the eyes, body jewels, claws, teeth, horns, ect do not have to match the main jewel.
- if halfblood fails: 51-100 = standard sima

- half-blooded jewel eaters may not pass the gene.
- half-blooded jewel eaters may not inherit legendary sized jewels.
- common jewel claws are autopassed and automatically inherited if you pass the gene.
- non subspecies traits (curse, jewel bones, additional power) may pass at their respective tier rates freely.
