Welcome to the First COTN NPC Design contest!

The Mysterious Stranger who has been sighted at the festival grounds needs an identity!

This NPC will be the face of all Fall/Halloween events for the foreseeable future!

Rules;
• 1 Rare and unlimited below edits.
• Only one entry per person
• Do not post your entry under a cover
• No off oekaki entries.
• All entries must have the "Fake" tag on them
• Entries can become a MYO if you have the applicable ticket and it was not a winner of the contest.


Winner's design will become the official new Fall/Halloween event NPC
and they will receive 1 rare MYO as a prize.

It took us awhile to judge and come to a winner but eventually we agreed that imperials entry was going to be our new Halloween/Fall NPC!!
