Here you can make your own area that is in the high mountains to the empty deserts. Expand your lands and watch them grow. The wilds is a Simi closed ARPG community where it's mostly up to you on what joins your lands. Will you make a kingdom of rabbits or run the woods with foxes it's up to you. But if your not careful your ecosystem might just fall apart.

In order for you land to survive you need to make sure your land is will suited.
You must level up to be able to explain your lands. Though some species you must have reach level high enough for them. For example, if you are level 2 you can't adopt a wolf as you need to be level 4 to adopt them. For now its best to head to Starters and pick which species you want first to help your lands grow.

No two animals are alike not even in The Wilds.

Traits will change with time as The Wilds is still new.
Unnatural skin color falls under natural coat color same with natural skin color it falls under natural fur/coat color.

Animals can still be made to have white or black fur/feathers without having albinism or melanism. Albinism and melanism affect the whole body meaning if it is passed down to a child the child has slight/none markings other then full color.

Leveling

This is only a sum up of what leveling is and what it does. More info can be found on the leveling page[url]here[/url].


The world does not live on one animal a lone to level up to let different animals in. Common animals give you 5xp when adopting them. Uncommon give you 10 ex. While Rare give you 20 exp. Everyone starts at level 0 so starting off you can only adopt common animals. Another way to level up other than adopting animals is achievements by completing them you can gain exp to level up. Head over to [url]achievements[/url] to see what ones you think you can achieve something.

Level 0 - You start here.
Level 1 - 10 exp needed.
Level 2 - 50 exp needed.
Level 3 - 100 exp needed.
Level 4 - 150 exp needed.
Level 5 - 200 exp needed.
Level 6 - 275 exp needed.
Level 7 - 350 exp needed.
