Carnotaurus does! They are my favorite and I've never drawn one so here's my sketch. He doesn't match your other characters style but i just wanted a basic shape to start with. I think hes cute. Coloring will be fun!
From what i can tell they arent a heavily debated dino as far as "updatig" them (looking at you spinosaurus...) so i think he'll be accurate even if hes a bit on the boring side
