This gene is called barred!

Barbar or BarBar (double gene might have thicker bars but otherwise they express the same)
This gene has 3-4 bars, always darker than the base coat, that start thinner towards the head and gradually get thicker as they move towards the horses hind end, culminating in a “snow cap” like marking that covers the base of the tail.
