first i wanna say, i legitimately enjoy bright/eyestrain/eyeburner designs, love em lots!! i don't have a lot because people don't tend to make them so thank you for the bright kids you've made me!! <33

i tried to go for a feline/dragon hybrid with a simpler palette this time!! you're welcome to give them wings as well, i think some would suit them :3
