Looks like the name would be North Star...hope you like it. Features the leo constellation hence the relation from the tiger to the lion. (Both belong to the Panthera genus so I figured I'd put the closest constellation. The rest of the stripes aren't actual constellations, just constellation-looking stripes based off of the mackerel tabby. The eyes are supposed to glow. If this isn't claimed, I'll happily take it back, so, whatever you like. I figured I'd do this and if you like it, great! If not, then I like the same thing as you so not a problem either. The name Astro or Cosmos would fit well as well.
