welcome to goobies' fallen agels event!!
- it’s time for the goobies’ rotating adventure! except… the ‘mystery goob’ who usually sets it up is nowhere to be found. last you remember, the gob was the one who was running these events… now, in his place, the gobbess appears, a little stressed, but eager to tell her creatures a story… and, most curiously, gooles appear from the ground in heaps as well, muttering “mother called for us. it is finally time.”… how mysterious! fallen promises she’ll tell you about the depths of the goobies world, and the secret that lurks beneath… are you ready for that sort of thing?
follow the gobbess underground...
- the sun is rising, and you're not sure why everyone is awake so early. there's chatter, and whispers about what's happening. from the clouds descends the gobbess, and with her are her court. she looks upon the crowd, her dark eyes lidded, and a flat expression on her face.
"good morning, my goos. i've someone important to introduce... those whom have made my return and rule possible. many, many years they have spent hidden under your paws, waiting, worshipping. finally, it is time i show my most faithful followers."
fallen begins to lead the way, her court in tow, and soon the rest of the crowd following with. you arrive to a pile of rocks, which the gobbess seems to effortlessly move out of the way. an entrance of sorts is revealed, and you are lead into the darkness of it. after what seems like a terribly long time, and a lot of going down, the darkness lit by glowing crystals and fallen's light... you arrive to an area dimly lit with candles and glittering mushrooms. as your eyes adjust, a group of goobies is revealed. at least, you think they're goobies.
"hello, little ones."
the gobbess greets the odd goobies. their goo seems to be hardened, like rock or perhaps even crystal... their eyes are dull as they look up at the shimmer gobbess, though you see a glint of something when they seem to recognize what they see.
these are the fallen agels. those who can no longer fly, and refuse to live above ground with the diabs, instead choosing to hide themselves away in the darkness of the caverns.
the gobbess looks to the crowd behind her, the glitters around her glowing brighter to light the way before she speaks again.
"please... explore. meet my agels and, if you have time, i have something i'd like to tell you..."
