Officially announcing a new species! They're bibears! For now, they're a closed species so that I can regulate who is using them, but I wanted to start with a MYO (make your own)
Please reply to this with your own version! They wear collars, hats, and shoes, but not really full attire. You can only make them as much as uncommon, as I haven't figured out rarity yet

c- clown hats, collars, and shoes; makeup; patches/accessories on their bellies; lolita and street fashion styles, natural fur colors, spiral fur patterns, natural fur patterns
uc- confetti fur, unnatural colors, unnatural fur patterns (up to three colors), hair tufts, glasses
