Snabes rules
╰┈➤Every rule MUST be followed. Finding "Loopholes" in the rules and trying to sneak by them will result in a warn/ban from this species.
Closed species rules-Snabes are not free to make.
-You have to obtain an MYO or gain permission from the owner to make a Snabe.
-Snabes can be traded, sold, gifted, etc.
-Snabes made by the community will be monitored and archived
-Snabes are NOT related to any other characters/species that are cat/snail related.
-all Snabes created must follow the species guidelines for designs/edits etc.
-there is no limit to how many Snabes you may own.
-you cannot co-own a Snabe.
-MYO's can contain Common, Uncommon, Rare, or event traits. not all traits in an MYO have to be used.
ban rules-users can be banned by the species by moderators, managers, and the owner for not following rules. all bans must go through the owner (awadeen) first before they are set in place.
-before banning a user, clear and unedited evidence must be given.
-banned users may NOT participate in the species, events, or giveaways.
-banned users may KEEP their Snabes, they may not contain more or trade them for other Snabes
-banned users may gift/sell their Snabes to users (they may not sell them for other Snabes)
-banned users may ask why they were banned/appeal their ban.
-banned users have a right to the evidence as to why they were banned.
-users banned by a Snabe species artist may not participate in their adopts.
-if awadeen has you blocked, you may still participate in the species.
-Moderators, managers, and owner do NOT have a right to talk about bans/warned users/what caused their bans/warns. This may result in a warn/demotion/ban depending on the severity.
-banned users species items will be void and cannot be used. they may not be traded.
Artist rules-Artists are allowed to make unlimited Snabes for the public. They may not make unlimited for themselves; they are required to use a MYO for personal Snabes.
-Artists MUST join the Discord and Toyhouse.
-Artists Adopts (Paid or Free) must be approved by a moderator, manager, or owner.
-Artists have to make AT LEAST 3 adopts a month. (Free or paid)
-Artists are allowed to keep leftovers from adopt batches if not claimed/sold/or obtained by the public.
-Artists inactive for more than two months without prior notice will have their position removed.
-Artists are paid in free MYO's. Artists can obtain 1 MYO per 6 adopts made. MYO's have 5 common traits, 2 uncommon, and 1 rare trait.
-Artists do not hold a higher authority but do have the option to block you from their adopts for whatever reason.
-Artists can have custom shops and create customs for people as long as they pay for it or provide an MYO. Artists cannot make free Customs.
-Artists may give out items with permission from a staff member.
Moderation/Management Rules-Moderators and management are near the same in every category, Managers just hold a higher position.
-manager positions are only for Toyhouse managers, Species managers, Archive managers, and Species managers.
-Managers in each department are required to help/fill in for any position if another Manager is kicked, on hiatus, or is not doing their job(s).
-managers are REQUIRED to join the Discord Server & Toyhouse World.
-Managers may submit to be a manager of more than one category or submit to move categories.
-Moderators can either be under Discord Moderators or Species Moderators.
-Managers may have helpers in their category that aren't managers as long as they submit and have their application submitted.
-Moderators and Managers get paid with MYO's, the same as Artists.
-Moderators recieve x3 MYO's with 5 common traits, 2 uncommon traits, and 1 rare trait per month.
-Managers recieve x3 MYO's with Unlimited common traits, 5 uncommon, and 2 rare traits per month.
-MYO's must be claimed the first of every month.
-Moderators and Managers may not hand out MYO's, but can hand out currency though the discord server.
