has been sent and accepted, you will receive a receipt in
the format of a response from me as approval! If you wish to
purchase and use your item then, you may choose to post
both at once! All payment will be sent to COOLDOGOOO,
however will be distributed to artist completing the
custom where applicable <3

x Use the following form to use an item that you have
acquired,
from either the shop or the claw machine- trade or gift!
If you are completing the form in the purchase form,
you must state so in the 'proof of ownership' section.
If it has been gifted, you must link and provide the
agreement where BOTH users fill in the form
[url=wip]here[/url]!
If you have acquired it previously by purchasing from
the shop, link it to where I have replied stating that
the transaction is complete and accepted and you
own said amount of said item. If you have received
the item through a personal trade with ME, you
can put n/a in that section as I am aware of that!
There are two forms, one for customs and one
for other items (currently only Balloon,
and apple which can be used at designated areas,
thus the form is not required and not open as
of now).
