OC entry for banned user! I had made a completely separate design, but ended up feeling that it looked too much like an eevee / flareon, so I restarted and only kept the color scheme and general markings. The original paper draft also had similar halo designs on the tail, but I felt it would've ended up over complicating the design.
Also don't look too closely at the arms. I've redrawn them a dozen times and still am not happy with them, but the design needs to get done.
