~do not post entries under a cover
~there is a minimum of two entries and no maximum
~If you are accepted into the staff, I will send you a private message
~use phenotypes!
~Use natural horse markings and colors in your entries. this is a must.
~entries cannot be kept/used as characters. these are fake
~If you are accepted, you will be given *1* custom
~have a basic equine genetic knowledge please, all I ask is that you know phenotypes!
~if you are accepted into the staff you may claim an entry as your custom reward, or your yearly custom.
~if you join the staff to get a yearly custom, then drop out, you will be banned from the community
~full-time artists are required to make a minimum of three adopts per month
~guest artists will have their position for one month. after this period has ended you may move on from the staff or apply for a full-time position
~the ghost artist position will only be given for special circumstances. My wish is for these to stay active for as long as possible.
~If you for any reason are not able to complete your monthly minimum, please message me.
~if an artist has not met their adopt requirement by the end of the month without notice, I will send them a private message giving them one extra day to meet the expectation. If there isn't a completion by the following morning, the artist will be removed of their position promptly
