I was thinking of colouring it like a blue macaw, but I wouldn't know how to do that on a feather. I just put blue and yellow there, but you can do different shades if you want.

Something like below as reference for colour, with the yellow pattern around eye and grey around the muzzle like the beak. The tufts of fur on the legs would have like a darker blue, resembling feathers, and do the cloud tail thing whatever you want, something to go with it? I can't really picture how to do it, so do however you please! >w<
