ARTIST RULES
- You must make at least two entries before being considered as an artist or guest artist
- any traits are fine, but if someone is to claim ( even if it is yourself) must have that tier enchanted seed. If it is not for calims, I shall take it and it will eventually go up for free adoption for non owners
-Artists must be able to make at least one adopt every two weeks.
