Sorry! The Bi Flag you have linked doesn't have #B513BB or #BDBEC9 while you can use some blends of colors, these two colors cannot be made by blending any of the bi flag colors! this chicoon cannot be approved yet!

This Chicoon should be primarily #D70071, #9C4E97, #0035AA- the colors of the bi flag i don't think the palette you got from coolors is very accurate, i'd suggest a website like https://html-color-codes.info/colors-from-image/ to pick directly from the flag instead!
This chicoon also has eyes/unmatching flame, the iris should match the flame color!

Okay, i am so sorry for the trouble! I've changed the flag to Biromantic and used a color picker. Hopefully it should all be alright now

I mixed some colors on there and used a few (Like in the tail stripes.) If they aren't okay, I can remove them!
