Rules
1. Paper Ponies are a closed community. This means that even though you ARE allowed to create your own Paper Pony, they will not be able to participate in the community activities without being transferred into the archives, Nor can they be associated with the community at all.
2. Paper Ponies can be sold, gifted, and traded with no limitation, unless an artists TOS are posted under a ponies Oekaki. In this case the artists TOS must be respected. The amount of ponies owned is also not limited.
3. If a user is blocked by an artist they cannot obtain any new designs from that artist through any means.
4. Warnings and Bans will be given out as necessary by moderation depending on the rule broken and its severity.
5. Banned users cannot continue to adopt from the community or participate in any community activities.
6. Paper Ponies are not limited by gender roles and are known to be as unique as the books the come out of.
7. Rare Traits can only be found on ponies during events, or for every 50th Oekaki adopt. With the exception of MYOs
8. Transferring existing characters into ponies is allowed with the original artist's permission and are treated like MYOs, this does not include licensed characters.
9. Transferring ponies out of the community is allowed but will not be archived, please contact your ponies original artist for permission instead!
10. Items are not tracked by staff, its up to you to keep track of your earnings!
11. Foals can be moved onto the adult lines at any time but will have a 2 week breeding cool down. Foal artists are not in charge of moving your foal onto the adult lines, this can be done by yourself or another user.
12. MYO's are only needed when using the rebelappy pony lines we offer. If you are using your own lines or another artists you will not need a MYO. Ponies that do not need MYOs must still follow trait rules, and will be allowed to use common/uncommon traits without items. Rare+ traits will still require items to be used!
Staff Rules
1. Artists are not required to make a minimum amount of adopts, and will only be removed if shown to be inactive.
2. Face refs are not required but are encouraged to be used when making facial edits.
3. Permanent artists can sell customs as desired and are given 2 MYO tickets monthly. These MYOs can include 1 rare trait/edit per MYO.
4. Adopts that are not sold or go unnoticed after 30 days can be kept by the artist or given/sold as desired.
5. Artists can have their own mini games and booths during events, this does not need to be approved but must be kept up with during the event.
6. Guest artists can make 3-5 adopts, which can not include rare traits.
7. Nursery artists are allowed to open up free or paid slots as desired and can do their own personal tickets as long as trait rolls are publicly displayed under the posting or in the discord.
8. 100’s adopts will be discussed before their made, contact me (toy20243) if you are interested in making one.
