Raptor Island, a mysterious place full of wonder and fear. If you're brave enough then please enter the world ruled by these fierce predators. Build up your pack, protect your territory, and thrive to be the best on the island. It is an ARPG adopt just waiting for you to explore! So let's being.
What Are Raptor Island Raptors?
Raptor Island Raptors are a species of dinosaur inspired by the Utahraptor and Jurassic Park's Velociraptor. Which is why we simply refer to them as raptors. They are not specifically realistic and may not be accurate to real raptor species.
What do they look like?
Raptors range in color from blues and greens to browns, blacks, and tans. They are usually darker in color as lighter raptors are rare and have a harder time surviving. Their colors are very earthy tones to help blend in with environment but can have small splashes of bright colors here and there .They are seen solid, spotted, or striped. A combination of stripes and spots is also possible. Eye colors can be any shade of blues, greens, browns, oranges, reds, yellows, or grays. Hazel, white, and black eyes are very rare but may occasionally happen. Heterochromia is extremely rare and almost never happen. They are not the larges predator on the island ranging anywhere between 6 and 7 ft in height.
Want to know more about Raptors?
Though Raptors are a fierce species they are not the top predator. Other dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaur Rex and Spinosaurus and even Sabertooth tigers can pose a threat to raptors. When it comes to prey raptors mostly go for anything smaller than them including smaller dinosaurs and mammals although they are pack hunters and won't shy away from taking down a larger prey. Scavenging is also an option for some packs. Raptors are built light and move fast. Their thick tails help them steer in face movements while their legs power their speed. They can not climb but they sure can jump! A skill they can use in many ways, including jumping from tree limb to tree limb if the tree is big enough. They aren't the best swimmers but they can do it and can travel great distances by water if they have to. Raptors reach adult hood at 8 years old and can live to around a 100 years.
