what a gorgeous red kiddo! two super small things I'd recommend doing would be to add a small brush of pink/grey to the lip area like this, and to color or shade the lower eyelid a slightly darker color than the surrounding area, like this. they're really small things but they can make the face and eyes stand out a bit more while also giving a touch of realism!
